SHIPPING
Avenoircosmetics.com currently offers one shipping for all orders in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. The following shipping & handling charges apply to shipping:
United States Postal Service – $15.00
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). All orders received after 2:00 PM ET will be processed the following business day and shipped out that day, based on product availability. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing and only purchases that are authorized and approved will be shipped. Once an order is processed, those that are sent via standard (ground) shipping take approximately 1-6 business days based on the destination.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please be advised that for security purposes, all package deliveries will require a signature. Avenoircosmetics.com cannot accept responsibility for the theft or loss of items once delivered. At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes or outside the United States.
RETURNS
Avenoircosmetics.com accepts returns under the following circumstances:
- Product was damaged when received.
- Incorrect product was shipped to client
IN ORDER TO RETURN AN ITEM:
- Contact customer service to have a return shipping label emailed to you. Call 210-903-0070 or email support@avenoircosmetics.com
2. Fill out the return form and attach the prepaid mailing label to the outside of your package. Make sure samples and promotional items are included.
3. Your return package can be given UPS driver or dropped off at a UPS authorized retailer.
Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of package for processing and transit time for return packages.
